Your tasks & responsibilities Implementation of local and international regulatory requirements and monitoring of regulatory changes Drafting and review of specific compliance manuals, policies and procedures Acting as local MLRO, undertake client onboarding and CDD/KYC responsibility Drafting and review of specific risk assessments and compliance monitoring programs, conduct compliance testing and controls Design and deliver training on required topics (e.g. AML, Conduct risk, regulatory changes) Responsibility for local reporting duties Review of marketing communications Preparation of documentation for internal and external audit Support in Compliance-specific projects on a case-by-case basis Our requirements Minimum 5 years of experience within Compliance in a financial services firm Sufficient knowledge and experience to act as local MLRO / AML responsible At least 3 years experience in a role as Compliance Responsible/MLRO (recommend we delete) Good knowledge of local regulatory requirements (including MIFID II) Knowledge of marketing and distribution of financial products and cross-border guidelines Native speaker/fluent in French and English (additional languages are an advantage)
